Technique and Composition based training programme of Contemporary Dancing is designed to build up body discipline, alignment and strengthening of core. Little serious in nature, execution and scope of learning, Contemporary Dancing offers one to explore and understand his body and mind through creating experimental arrays related to bodily expression of emotion revoked from the music and/or the given theme. Modern movements and elements used in Ballet & Jazz are chiefly ideated to provide the learner freedom from preset dance steps and concepts. Techniques laid down by the mother of Contemporary Dancing Martha Graham as also Lester Horton are focussed upon to train students coming for this course.

Separate Classes for youngs and adults are offered.
